Purchase a Whole, Half, or Quarter Beef


We are pleased to announce the annual sale of Whole, Half, and Quarter Steers. We only sell whole, halves, and quarters once a year so this is your only chance to stock up on our high quality beef. This year, we have a very limited quantity of wholesale beef available so let us know as soon as possible if you are interested in getting on the list.


Our Beef is simply as good as it gets. We start with healthy, happy, free-range Black Angus cattle raised exclusively here at our ranch. We carefully select the best steers, finish them on our own proprietary feed mix, and then dry age our beef for at least 21 days.  The result is something that has to be tasted to be believed.



All animals will be processed in the third week of November, dry-aged, and then ready for pickup here at the farm the second week in December.




  • $6 per pound of hanging weight plus processing. 


Processing Fees


  • $0.95 per pound - Custom processing to your specifications (including vacuum wrapping) 

  • Slaughter fee  - $17.50 one-time fee per quarter

Final cost vary based on animal's hanging weight. Please see chart below for approximate hanging weight.
